This book was written to raise awareness about mental disorders. Currently, there is a lot of stigma around discussing mental health problems because people feel that having negative thoughts make them weak.
I hope that by explaining how difficult it can be to cope with these disorders, I can show why we need to be supportive of everyone around us.
Additionally, I hope that the tips that I provide on how you can treat a mental disorder helps those that are struggling. With everyone making the effort to keep themselves and the people around them mentally healthy, we can ensure a happier and more productive tomorrow.
